Decent hotel ..good security.

Hotel Employee was extremely helpful. Always looked out for me and other guests and went over and above to help

Room did not smell fresh

I liked because of the name.

They employees were fraud and dishonest. They tried to rob me. They were asking extra money. They amenities were poor. The towels were dirty. There was no tooth paste and brush in the bathroom. The blankets were so dirty and smells so bad. There was lot of dust in the room. Overall the employees were so rude and disrespectful.

The y have a night club inside, you feel vibration in walls until 4 am, nobody can rest like this

Staff are not accomodating,the issue would have been resolved as miscommunication for us.

Very difficult location to access. Parking is a nightmare with same ramp for entering and exit. Tiny car park making parking difficult. No lift to lobby with luggage. Had a bathroom ceiling leak and was provided with an extra towel - eventually - to mop the floor. That was the solution! Informed staff who seemed confused and unclear of what to do as response.

the staff was very very helpful specially Ms Mumtaz and duty manager Mr.Umar who helped for smooth check in and provided additional facilities when asked . highly recommended for families and solo travel . kids enjoyed swimming pool also . thanks the team .

The facilities, the cleanliness of the rooms and how the room service responds very fast. Swimming pool was good since i care about these facilities. Overall the hotel is very good and I recommend it.

The parking !!The parking !!The parking !!The parking basement was very tight and kinda challenging, the pathway is narrow and you have to drive very carefully when entering the basement, unless you're gonna use the valet service, so you don't have to worry about the parking.Another thing is the noise because of the lounge, the noise was loud even in the sixth floor.

Room was excellent, Location ideally, Mr.Surya Hotel Manager was very polite and corporative, Room was very clean. over all good maintained hotel.

Wonderful and clean rooms, i was impressed with the cleanliness of their bathroom and the rain shower was so nice. The filipina lady and the guy with eyeglasses in the eatcetera restaurant was so nice and even cook for us 2 plates of separate seafood dish Wonderful short stay, definitely will be back Gayle from the front office welcome us upon arrival mumtaz dhanna ankit help us for the smooth and hassle free check out cant wait to be back again

The sounds at night were very loud they had a bar at the hotel we couldn’t sleep until 4 everyday we ended up changing it.

Customer service was slow, no feed back Found a bed bug in our room, towel looks dirty.. and smelly .. and ac is not working its hot in the room

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. One of the receptionists, Aperna, was extremely rude and unhelpful, which set a very negative tone for the stay. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was poor, especially in the cooking area, which was unhygienic. I had to call several times just to request an iron, and it took far too long to be delivered. The breakfast cutlery was not properly cleaned either. Overall, the service and standards were well below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel
